∎ Bachelor degree in Textile/Any discipline with highly working experience.
∎ Advance Level or Diploma in any discipline with relevant working experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to work under pressure
∎ Priority basis floor planning according to delivery
∎ Achieve the target production
∎ Maintain and make understood subordinate performance with KPI
∎ Good communication skill with superior to lower management
∎ Have to have good technical knowledge about Airjet & Rapier latest version weaving machine
∎ Capable to troubleshoting the different fabric fault in weaving section
∎ Monthly production target and achievement with logical causes
∎ Ensuring max. production with minimum labor cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Textile Engineering, Textile Laboratory
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/machinery.
∎ Planning and analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy
