∎ Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 13 to 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a quality plan to comply with system requirements.
∎ To take responsibility for improving the fabric wet processing system.
∎ To take responsibility for improving the fabric dry processing system.
∎ Develop quality standards, rules, and regulations to achieve fabric quality.
∎ To take initiative washes as per client request.
∎ Improving the system of dyeing methods directly dye, reactive dye, and pigment dye.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.
∎ To take responsibility for the reduction of manpower & cost.
∎ To take the initiative to set up new technology in the plant for the future.
∎ Production Management: Ensure the mixing station operates according to the scheduled production plan and work standards, producing high-quality fabric.
∎ Staff Management: Train, guide, and supervise employees to ensure they work according to established workflows and safety regulations with efficiency.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for managing and maintaining all relevant equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
∎ Quality Control: Monitor concrete quality according to national and regional standards to ensure it meets the required criteria.
∎ Safety Management: Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure all operations at the mixing station are safe.
∎ Records and Documentation: Maintain relevant records related to production, equipment, employees, and safety.
∎ Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of raw materials to ensure the continuous operation of the mixing station.

∎ Age at least 35 years
