Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fix product technical feasibility before product costing & sampling.
∎ Providing clarification of Sketch/BOM & Technical sheet.
∎ Applying best technique to reduce materials costing.
∎ Analyzing and developing patterns, that is fit for sampling.
∎ Handling all aspects of sampling process & analyzing Pilot and Bulk production.
∎ Monitoring Costing Consumption to Materials booking consumption.
∎ Ensuring that the samples produced are with high quality & according to the details specified.
∎ Reconciling fabric & Trims after manufacturing pried & after closing order.
∎ Introducing effective planning & technical integration whilst improving efficiency.
∎ Working with sales team before submission of product costing.
∎ Analyzing bonding, molding, ultrasonic & other technical products.
∎ Maximizing the order profitability through material optimizing and provided cost effective solutions.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
