Responsibilities & Context:
Handle pattern to sample process.
Analyze customer tech packs and convert them into production-ready technical specifications.
Develop garment construction methods that optimize quality, efficiency, and cost.
Supervise and evaluate fit samples and provide technical comments.
Lead and mentor sample section and pattern teams.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
