Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive expertise in denim garment construction and washing processes, including deep understanding of fabric types (Cotton, stretch), shrinkage behavior, seam durability, and finishing techniques.
∎ Skilled in managing complex washes such as enzyme, stone, bleach, PP spray, laser ensuring both aesthetic appeal and compliance with buyer standards.
∎ Extensive expertise in denim garment construction and washing processes, including deep understanding of fabric types (Cotton, stretch), shrinkage behavior, seam durability, and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience in handling bulk production for international brands and buyers (e.g., Walmart, Levi's, H&M, Zara, C&A, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with fabric performance testing, lab dips, shade band approvals, and garment testing protocols.
∎ Excellent knowledge of AQL standards, inline/online inspections, and final audits.
∎ Capable of analyzing root causes of recurring defects and implementing preventive measures through proper documentation and team training.
∎ Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining technical files, SOPs, and sample evaluation reports.
∎ Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S, and productivity enhancement methods.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
∎ Experience with Line feeding and setup.
