- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT project management is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- Experience in managing IT in a garments manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience with Cisco Networking, Mikrotik, Palo Alto, DELL & HP Servers, IP PA System will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company`s IT infrastructure.
Manage and mentor the IT support team.
Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including hardware and software upgrades.
Monitor and maintain network security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business operations.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Prepare and manage the IT department budget.
Manage Factory PA System, CCTV System, Face Access Attendance System.
