∎ In-depth knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric behavior. Proven expertise in Browzwear, CLO, and other 3D design software (Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk assessment and technical precision.
∎ Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present technical ideas and collaborate across teams and with customers.
∎ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with tight timelines.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital fitting technologies, and process innovations.
∎ Background in animation, product design, AutoCAD, or other design disciplines.
∎ Certification in advanced pattern design or 3D visualization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead all technical aspects of product development across categories including denim (non-stretch/super stretch), twill, knit, and other fabrications.
∎ Ensure accurate pattern making, corrections, balancing, shrinkage management, and pattern grouping in compliance with customer standards.
∎ Serve as the key technical interface with customer, managing direct communication on product expectations, fit approvals, and quality requirements.
∎ Drive adoption of 3D virtual fitting technologies (e.g., Browzwear, CLO) to streamline development and improve speed-to-market performance.
∎ Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the sample room, technical, and quality departments to enhance consistency and efficiency.
∎ Manage costing and consumption calculations, optimizing marker efficiency to ensure cost-effective production.
∎ Provide ongoing technical training and support to factory personnel, fostering skill development and adherence to standards.
∎ Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate sample deliveries.
