Job Context:
∎ Apex Footwear Limited (Unit -2) is responsible for fulfilling demand of footwear, non-footwear, leather and synthetic products through its marketing channels of approx. 259 own retail outlets, 220 franchisees outlets, wholesale/ distribution and e-commerce. The job holder will work closely with Head Office leadership and partnering with HR to create a vision, strategy, and corresponding plans for talent management initiatives that are aligned with Apex goals and objectives. The incumbent is also responsible for the overall approach to attract, hire, develop and retain the highest quality talent for Apex Head office teams. The main challenge for this role is that the leaders in Apex are not competent in applying talent management tools and processes. Furthermore, Apex has lack in accurately assessed pool of ready talent, which is critical to effectively promoting the right people into critical leadership positions hence when an employee leaves in critical role immediately replacing the talent with second in line is not possible which ends up keeping the position vacant for time being which hampers business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & manage the total Talent Acquisition process, strategy & execution across Apex Footwear Limited (Unit-2).
∎ Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
∎ Develops and executes comprehensive sourcing plans to create candidate pipelines, reduce time to fill, and improve candidate quality.
∎ Measure effectiveness of talent acquisition processes by leveraging analytics to establish and analyze key performance metrics to identify both successes and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Evaluate the outcomes of the department’s strategy and ensure it remains appropriate and in line with the individuals’ KPIs.
∎ Works collaboratively with the organization leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization.
∎ Collaborating with the Head of Human Resources (Unit-2 Head Office) on the creation and execution of the Talent Development strategy to include organizational design, workforce planning, developmental areas, internal movement opportunities, career pathing, succession planning and retention strategies.
∎ Support Head of HR (Unit-2 Head Office) in developing a Coaching & Mentoring Culture to key role successor and HiPo as part of accelerating development intervention.
∎ Lead the Talent Management team to ensure right quality of service delivery to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Demonstrated experience designing talent strategy/management solutions including skills frameworks or competency models
∎ Demonstrated leadership experience in talent management, workforce planning, and development
∎ Demonstrated ability to achieve results through collaboration with peers and partnering with leaders.
∎ Experience in implementing succession planning and talent management strategies.
∎ Keen understanding and experience with talent assessment methodologies and tools
