Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily production as per the given production planning.
∎ Shut-down planning with maintenance.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of resources require for production.
∎ Ensure the production as per required time.
∎ Implement the necessary measures to improve the production and quality.
∎ Implement the cost measures to reduce the cost.
∎ Co-ordinate with the subordinate for smooth production.Preparation of Shift roster.
∎ Handle manpower of contractors.
∎ Coordinate and consult with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
∎ Prepare and manage budget information for the department.
∎ Provide training and develop subordinates.
∎ Trouble shooting of critical problems.
∎ Provide solution of any type of recurring problem.
∎ Follow up safety related issues like ensuring PPE, Work permit, regulate hazard identification and elimination.
