Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and lead the process to ensure that it delivers high-quality, cost-effective products.
∎ Monitor and drive production to achieve deadlines and continuous improvement, resolving issues.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
∎ Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
∎ Work with Maintenance and others to schedule planned maintenance work, specify and purchase equipment etc.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement of the quality of products
∎ Create ways to make the production process more efficient.
∎ Proper execution of production plan.
∎ Proper allocation of work to reportees.
∎ Provide training to departmental personnel for their improvement and career development.
∎ Attend meetings and implement Minutes of Meeting (MOMS).
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by reporting authority.
∎ Enforce and develop health and safety and environmental systems, supported by the EHS department, to meet relevant standards.
∎ Ensure safety at workplace for the departmental personnel.
