Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all roles are captured in Job Description and Job Specifications in line with the approved organization charts and keep those up to date.
∎ Drive Performance Management System for effective KPI based performance evaluation in FFL.
∎ Assist in individual goal setting in line with organizational goals and vision.
∎ Ensure quarterly evaluation are completed within lead time in accordance with Competency framework, Succession Planning, KPI follow-up, and the overall processes to successfully run the performance management system.
∎ Plan, develop and implement talent identification and retention programs in collaboration with respective functions/stakeholders.
∎ Administer the yearly performance appraisal in complaint with yearly increment as followed by the assessment of individual KPI achievements.
∎ Design the competency framework in collaboration with the Head of the Department and train Managers to carry out competency assessment, determine employee development needs and provide support.
∎ Devise reward programs to attract and retain high performers in collaboration with other departments.
∎ Design, develop and supervise the overall processes to successfully run the Integrated 360-degree performance management system
∎ Responsible to conduct performance appraisal throughout every category employee of the FFL Factory.
∎ Ensure periodic probationary assessment are completed and confirmation process is carried on by the board assessments.
∎ Address improvement areas and arrange performance counseling for identified resources requiring improvements through assessment.
∎ Conduct continuous awareness sessions to shift the traditional culture to performance based and goal driven culture.
∎ Prepare various analytical reports based on performance shift of the organization, workload analysis, departmental KPI achievement, Job grade evaluation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have PGDHRM/C-KPI certification.
