Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with department heads (especially Tech, Distribution, and Sales) to deeply understand their hiring needs.
- Write and publish clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Proactively source talent through modern channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, professional networks, university partnerships, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment:
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the technical and experiential requirements.
- Conduct insightful initial phone and video screenings to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Utilize your strong understanding of people to look beyond the surface, identifying candidates with true potential versus those with just a polished CV.
- Interview & Selection Coordination:
- Act as the gatekeeper for our senior management's time; determine which candidates have earned an interview with our "top Management."
- Coordinate and manage a seamless interview process for candidates and internal interviewers.
- Prepare and brief candidates for interviews and provide them with timely, constructive feedback.
- Recruitment Operations:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on technology and data roles.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all data is clean, organized, and up-to-date.
- Assist in negotiating offers, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Identify training and development needs across departments through surveys, interviews, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Design and implement company-wide annual training calendars in line with strategic goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-the-job and off-the-job training programs across technical and non-technical teams.
- Develop training modules for orientation, soft skills, leadership, communication, time management, and more.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to develop customized learning plans and career development roadmaps.
- Engage with external trainers, consultants, and institutions to bring in specialized training as needed.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress using a Learning Management System (LMS) or manual tracking system.
- optimize the training budget and ensure resource efficiency while maintaining training quality.
- Report HR matters to top management and provide advisory support.
