We are a 100% export-oriented, Japan-based multinational organization operating in Bangladesh, committed to global standards, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. We are currently inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and competent professionals for the following position at our Factory located in Belma, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any recognized university or institution

• Candidates from any academic background may apply; however, preference will be given to those with qualifications in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Studies, or related disciplines.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 7–8 years of proven professional experience in Store/Warehouse Management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong exposure to inventory control, material handling, documentation, and audit compliance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end store and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, real-time inventory visibility to support fast and effective decision-making by top management.

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and and monthly analytical inventory reports, including stock status, slow-moving items, excess inventory, shortages, and aging analysis.

• Design and implement waste reduction and loss control mechanisms, including identification, classification, and reporting of damaged, expired, obsolete, and non-moving materials.

• Maintain a structured waste tracking and root-cause analysis system to minimize material loss, rework, and unnecessary procurement.

• Ensure optimum stock levels through demand forecasting, reorder point analysis, and close coordination with Procurement and Production teams.

• Provide cost-impact and variance analysis reports to support management decisions related to budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, buyer standards, and company policies.

• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Production teams to deliver data-driven insights for production planning and cost optimization.

• Identify operational risks related to inventory, storage, and logistics and recommend preventive and corrective actions to management.

• Lead, train, and evaluate store personnel to enhance productivity, accuracy, accountability, and discipline.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, process optimization, digitalization, and ERP system enhancement.
