Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual for the position of Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Management at Akij Venture Group. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination among departments, effective planning, and uninterrupted supply of materials to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Routine / Regular Job:

  • Communicate with the Sales & Marketing department to prepare material requirement planning based on sales forecasts.

  • Coordinate with Production and Store departments to arrange and initiate purchase requisitions.

  • Analyze previous purchase data, consumption trends, and forecast future demand.

  • Follow up with the Purchase department to track the status of material arrivals at the factory.

  • Monitor production activities to identify material shortages and execute crisis management planning.

  • Regularly review and maintain re-order levels to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Non-Routine / Periodical Job:

  • Prepare necessary reports as required by management.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
