Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large QA teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

To strengthen our commitment to quality, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager – Finishing Quality, who will ensure the highest standards of finishing quality before shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality Assurance team in the finishing section to ensure garments meet buyer specifications and international standards.
Establish and implement finishing quality control procedures and inspection systems.
Monitor finishing processes including ironing, trimming, packing, and final inspection.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly to prevent shipment delays.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to maintain seamless workflow.
Train and mentor QA staff to strengthen technical expertise and accountability.
Prepare quality reports and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
Uphold workplace safety and compliance standards.
