Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Physics or B.Sc. in EEE/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or MBA or Master Marine or retired Defense Officers (not below the rank of Lt. Colonel).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise and co-ordinate activities with various Stakeholder such as Customs Administration, Port Authorities, Security Agencies, Equipment Supplier/Manufacturer, Atomic Energy Commission etc., if necessary.
∎ Manage Operation and maintenance Personnel with a high sense of discipline to maintain prudent practices.
∎ If and when required work closely with local/ foreign experts/ consultant to if necessary report to such personnel as decided by management.
∎ Ensure work procedures in coordination with Deputy Operation Manager/ Site Supervisor/Site Maintenance Engineer.
∎ Analyze staff requirement and plan periodic staff rotation as directed by Management.
∎ Maintain close contact with Management as well as reporting of incidents timely.
∎ Organize and provide training to new staff and refresher course when necessary.
∎ Monitor staff performance and consolidate chain of command.
∎ Plan and train for Succession Management.
∎ Consolidate report of all sites on a Daily, weekly, monthly and annual report on Operation, Maintenance as per operation manual for management and client
∎ Carry out periodic Audit of work places, mandatorily ensuring data entry in the system with analysis of the reports as well as ensure timely reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years in management position involving large staff in an IT driven workplace.
∎ Age above 40 years but flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
∎ Should be able to frequently travel in Bangladesh and overseas.
∎ Should available 24/7-hour for emergency response.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.
Salary: Negotiable
