Educational Requirements:

Job Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development.

Additional Job Requirements: 

• Advanced integration of Google Maps API, live location tracking, geofencing, and background services.

• Secure authentication flows including OTP & role-based access.

• Building dynamic, configurable form engines from backend JSON schemas.

• Camera integration enforcing direct capture (no gallery), timestamp & location overlays, image annotation, and secure local storage.

• Local database expertise for caching & offline sync.

• RESTful API integration (JSON), handling large structured payloads, secure data sync, and conflict management.

• Push notifications (Firebase, APNs, FCM) for task alerts & reminders.

• Experience with performance profiling, battery optimization, and app lifecycle handling.

• Strong Git, clean code principles, and detailed documentation habits.

• We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mobile Application Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing scalable, feature-rich mobile applications with advanced location, media, dynamic form, and offline capabilities. • Must be self-directed with the ability to manage time across multiple projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for your work.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities: 

• Build personalized dashboards showing assignments, schedules, task status, and notifications.

• Design and develop dynamic form modules supporting text, numbers, dropdowns, checkboxes, date/time pickers, and digital signatures, with required field validation and conditional logic.

• Ensure offline-first architecture for forms & tasks with automatic data synchronization when online.

• Integrate Google Maps API for live location tracking, check-in/check-out with geo-coordinates, route plotting, and history.

• Implement advanced media capture using device camera (camera-only capture), embedding timestamp & location metadata, with options for annotation and secure upload.

• Develop full attendance & task time tracking systems: clock-in, clock-out, break timers, daily logs, and task duration tracking.

• Build notifications and reminders for task assignments, deadlines, and admin messages.

• Handle offline data caching, conflict resolution, and robust syncing processes.

• Develop user settings for language selection, notification preferences, and profile updates.

• Collaborate closely with backend team to integrate REST APIs and manage secure data exchange.

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code, follow strong Git workflows, and conduct code reviews.
