Education: Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Computer technology.
Experience: At least 3 years in the relevant field.
Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
Must be able to evolve with modern techniques and technologies with direct application to the professional group.
Mentality to work any office of the company in the country when and if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
To Troubleshoot and maintain different hardware system (such as: Access Control Management, Explosive Trace Detection and X-ray Baggage/Luggage scanner) in different locations in Bangladesh.
To Maintain service log book against each service (Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance).
Weekly, Monthly, Biannual and Annual maintenance service & report submission to the concern department.
Daily check and update the inventory of the consumables and maintaining the buffer-stoke for the most essential spare parts.
To maintain 24X7 service hour on roaster basis and readiness for emergency support for the critical moment.
To be aligned with administrative policy at service premises during worktime.
