Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Masters in any discipline. MBA (Marketing) will get preference.

• At least 8 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

Job Experience:

• At least 8 years in management position. Experiences on Public Procurement/ Tendering is essential.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age can be flexible subject to skill set and experience.
• Candidates should have clear application knowledge on PPR & PPA.
• Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
• Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
• Should be able to frequently travel in Bangladesh and overseas.
• Should be available 24/7-hour for emergency response.
• Must be able to evolve with modern techniques and technologies with direct application to the professional group under his direct report.
• Candidate should have experience on different donor agency funded projects like KEXIM, JICA, EDCF, ADB, etc.
• Must be process based and be able to train his team to perform within strict timelines with set KPI.
• Must have curiosity to learn and develop skill set.

Job Level:

• Senior level

• Analyze business plans and budget, prioritize tasks/ projects based on business requirements.

• Maintain liaison with officials of the customer including the public sector where applicable.

• Supervise and guide the sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.

• Manage and plan for preparing bid proposal, issue clarifications, if necessary, conduct in-house evaluation of bid proposal.

• Keep close eyes on any changes in procurement rules, polices or Government decisions that’s relates to our project.

• Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.

• Manage multidisciplinary team of professionals including engineers for comprehensive proposal preparation and presentation.
