Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Physics/ Marine or B.Sc in EEE/Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or MBA with good professional track.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise and co-ordinate activities with various Stakeholder such as Customs Administration, Port Authorities, Security Agencies, Equipment Supplier/Manufacturer, Atomic Energy Commission etc.
∎ Manage Operation and maintenance Personnel with a high sense of discipline and maintain good work culture.
∎ If and when required work closely with local/ foreign experts/ consultant and if necessary report to such personnel as decided by management.
∎ Enhance work procedures in coordination with Deputy Operation Manager/Deputy Maintenance Manager/ Site Supervisor.
∎ Review staff requirement and recommend staff rotation as directed by Management.
∎ Organize and provide training to new staff and refresher course when necessary.
∎ Monitor staff performance with predetermined KPI.
∎ Plan for Succession Management, execute and maintain adequately.
∎ Consolidate report of all sites on a Daily, weekly, monthly and annual report on Operation, Maintenance as per operation manual for management.
∎ Monitor all aspects such as maintenance of the equipment and site, site radiation levels etc.
∎ Carry out periodic inspection at site, audit work places periodically, ensure blemish data entry in the system and analysis the reports as well as ensure timely reporting.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to prescribed protocol and prudent practices at all levels of Operation and Maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 3 years' Experience in Managerial Position in Operation involving large staff and IT driven.
∎ Age below 40 years but flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
∎ Must be able to travel when and if required in Bangladesh and overseas.
∎ Should have the capability to provide 24/7 hour service.
∎ Retired Army/Navy personnel / Marine will get priority.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
