• Minimum 12 years of experience in sewing machine maintenance within the RMG industry, having at least 05 years in managerial position.

• Strong technical knowledge of different sewing machine types and their functions.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial sewing machines.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

To strengthen our technical operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager – Sewing Machinery, who will ensure smooth functioning and proper maintenance of all sewing machines across our production units.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted sewing operations.

2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for sewing machines.

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues promptly.

4. Ensure proper installation, calibration, and adjustment of sewing machines.

5. Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and spare parts inventory.

6. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

7. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.

8. Introduce innovative solutions and upgrades to improve machine performance.

9. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.
