Additional Requirements:

- 8 to 9 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with sales teams and in sales capability development



Responsibilities & Context:

The purpose of the role is to create a culture of continuous learning and capability development within the sales team by designing relevant tools, driving curiosity, and delivering targeted upskilling initiatives in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management. The role aims to equip the sales force to strengthen overall sales performance through structured development interventions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Learning & Capability Development Analysis

- Identify capability gaps through field insights, performance analysis, and stakeholder feedback.

- Develop role-based learning journeys to support continuous professional growth and sales effectiveness.

- Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

2. Training Design & Facilitation

- Develop training modules, toolkits, assessments, and learning materials aligned with sales objectives.

- Facilitate onboarding, classroom training, field coaching, and refresher programs for sales teams.

- Ensure training content remains practical, role-relevant, and aligned with the business needs.

- Measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention through assessments and field performance indicators.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment

- Co-create practical learning materials and tools along with the sales team.

- Conduct regular market visits to understand field challenges and capability gaps.

- Work closely with sales leadership and senior management to align learning initiatives with business goals.

- Share learning progress and impact updates with stakeholders through data and performance insights.

- Create awareness among key stakeholders on adult learning principles and learning effectiveness.

4. Learning Systems & Learning Data Management

- Introduce innovative learning methods, digital tools, and engagement techniques to improve learning experience and adoption.

- Maintain and update training records, learning dashboards, and capability development trackers.

- Ensure alignment of learning outcomes with sales performance and reward systems to reinforce desired behaviors.

- Continuously review and enhance training processes, tools, and interventions to maximize effectiveness and business impact.

2 to 3 days field visit every month
