Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the designing of HR Policies and Procedures.
∎ Perform Recruitment, Selection, Training, On-boarding, and Orientation activities as per Hospital need.
∎ Execute Learning & Development programs in alignment with skill gap assessment of employees.
∎ Perform Performance Management activities as assigned in terms of Goal setting, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increment, etc.
∎ Assist in preparing Disciplinary Procedure documentation and relevant communications.
∎ Maintain and update HR database systems.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Core HR Knowledge, Data analysis and presentation.
∎ Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Disciplinary Action, HR Generalist, HR Database Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have good command of English & Bangla.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual, and hard working.
∎ Should have good interpersonal & communication skills.

∎ Negotiable. As per company policy.
