∎ The Manager – HR plays a crucial role in supporting the Head of Department all aspects of HR operations. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Manager –HR collaborates with senior management to address strategic HR initiatives, manages employee relations, oversees recruitment and selection processes, administers employee benefits, and fosters a positive work environment.
∎ Develop long-term and short-term HR strategies in line with organizational objectives.
∎ This may include talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
∎ Assisting in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
∎ Ensuring consistent application of policies across the organization.
∎ Demonstrate strong leadership qualities such as effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. as a leader, you'll need to guide and support HR staff in achieving their goals.
∎ Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
∎ Mediating and resolve conflicts between employees and/or departments.
∎ Conducting investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
∎ Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
∎ Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels and screening resumes.
∎ Coordinating interview schedules and participate in candidate interviews.
∎ Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
∎ Supporting the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
∎ Providing guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and disciplinary actions when necessary.
∎ Coordinating training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Identifying training needs and assist in the development of training programs.Monitoring training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

∎ Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
