Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
- Manage the onboarding process to integrate new hires into the organization, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and morale-boosting activities.
- Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of evaluations.
- Assist in setting up performance improvement plans as needed and provide coaching for managers and employees.
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Support the development of career paths and succession planning to retain and develop talent within the organization.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Assist in processing payroll changes, ensuring compensation and benefits administration accuracy.
- Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and ensure HR policies comply with legal standards.
- Assist in developing, revising, and communicating HR policies to align with company culture and goals.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
