∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM.

∎ Proficiency in HRMS, compliance, labor laws, expat management and employee relations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment and selection process of employees.
∎ Properly update and maintain personal files of all employees.
∎ Manage all staff’s attendance and ensure that staff are coming to the office on time, reporting any absenteeism.
∎ Maintain & monitor leave, ask for proper documents for extended leave, and ensure no excess leaves are taken.
∎ Comply with grievance handling procedures and counseling of employees.
∎ Execute Orientation and Training Programs and awareness for new employees.
∎ Arrange employee development and training programs.
∎ Supervise welfare facilities and ensure the welfare policy, health, hygiene, and safety issues for employees and workers.
∎ Maintain HR functions, motivation, and performance appraisal systems.
∎ Develop and document HR & Administrative policies.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports of employees.
∎ Prepare office correspondence documents, such as office orders, notices, circulars, meeting minutes, and warning letters.
∎ Ensure fair use of the internet in the workplace.
∎ Manage office operations and housekeeping of the company.
∎ Handle vehicle management, vehicle requisitions, and driver duty rosters.
∎ Oversee telephone & PABX management.
∎ Manage corporate cell phone usage.
∎ Coordinate office meal management.
∎ Monitor and handle website-related works.
∎ Safeguard office equipment, computers, printers, furniture, fixtures, etc., and ensure timely repair & maintenance.
∎ Check and control staff/personnel movements in and out of the company.
∎ Liaise with all concerned departments to coordinate client visits and take necessary steps to address client needs.
∎ Manage any event/program in the organization.
∎ Liaise with different government offices for various issues.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the company's management team.
