Expertise in AutoCAD 2D & 3D
Responsibilities & Context:
Create detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
Draft layouts for HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
Convert hand sketches, markups, and engineer instructions into CAD drawings.
Read and understand mechanical design specifications.
Interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), schematics, and technical documents.
Develop shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
Prepare as-built drawings after project completion reflecting actual site conditions.
