Education:

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in HRM / Business Administration / Statistics / Data Analytics / Related Field.

  • Certification in HR Analytics / Data Analysis preferred.

  • Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Analytics.

  • Strong experience in HRIS/ERP systems and data reporting.

  • Experience in multi-unit or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Job Purpose

The Deputy Manager/ Manager – HR Operations will act as the second-in-command to the Head of HR Operations, with a primary focus on HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency across the group.

The role will be responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights, strengthening HR systems, optimizing workforce cost, and supporting strategic HR operations through analytics, reporting, and process improvement.

2. Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Data Intelligence (Core Focus)

  • Develop and manage HR dashboards and MIS covering all HR operational areas.

  • Analyze workforce data including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, productivity, and cost trends.

  • Generate insights to support resource optimization and workforce planning.

  • Conduct predictive analysis on attrition, overtime, and manpower demand.

  • Support decision-making through data modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and standardization of HR data across all units.

Resource Optimization & Organizational Analysis

  • Support workforce planning, workload analysis, and productivity measurement.

  • Assist in organizational structure review and manpower rationalization.

  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and benchmarking using data insights.

  • Recommend optimal staffing models based on operational requirements.

Performance & KPI Monitoring

  • Monitor performance data and KPI tracking across business units.

  • Analyze performance trends and identify gaps.

  • Support development of data-driven performance management systems.

  • Provide insights for performance improvement initiatives.

Surveys & Employee Engagement Analytics

  • Design and analyze employee surveys (engagement, satisfaction, climate).

  • Provide actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

  • Track engagement trends across units.

Offboarding & Exit Analytics

  • Analyze exit data and attrition trends.

  • Identify root causes of turnover.

  • Provide retention-focused recommendations
