Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Days Hotel is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager -HR to join our hospitality team. As the Hotel Manager - HR, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the well-being and development of our hotel staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with hotel goals

  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff

  • Develop hiring plans for every department in the hotel based on seasonal necessities.

  • Monitor employee working and attendance schedules including paid time off, breaks, and overtime.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff development and compliance with hotel policies

  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary

  • Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
