Expert knowledge on building construction details with BOQ and relevant rules, regulations·
Must have good knowledge on quality check and quality control (QC/QA) on plumbing

Job Context
The Plumbing Engineer is responsible for plumbing design and support of plans and activities of new and existing projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilitie
- Prepare detailed layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems.
- Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment, and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for all plumbing projects.
- Assist in allocating appropriate CAD designs for all activities and ensure compliance with all client timeframes.
- Plumbing design, including sanitary waste, vent, storm, water distribution systems, and pump capacity.
- Design Plumbing systems, including sanitary waste and water distribution systems.
- Prepare general fire protection drawings suitable for contractor bidding and final design
- Administer all plumbing work.
- Perform regular inspection al materials and works for all plumbing activities.
- Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing-associated work.
- Give guidelines to all Sanitary and plumbing workers
- Supervise at the construction site ona regular basis.
