Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of any discipline (MBA in HRM Preferred) with adequate knowledge in Compliance of Garments & Textile Sector. PGD HR can apply.
∎ Skills Required: Compliance Management, Factory HR Administration, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts. Capable to understand the customer wise need for sustainability standard.
∎ Responsible for recruitment of staff and have the capacity to understand the requirement of manpower of different departments and capable to recruit the right people in right place.
∎ Worker recruitment, attendance, authorization, and management of overtime, leave, grievance handling, general administration etc.
∎ Capable to find-out and control manpower turn-over.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG / Textile / Leather & footwear sector in Bangladesh.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Be proactive and self-motivated to identify/ assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent of fire hazard & over all security of company, lives and properties.
∎ Contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line members and departments.
∎ To ensure Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Communicate with LFMEAB, Compliance Auditors, DIEF, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Proactive to keep all documents up to date.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) managerial experience in export-oriented garment / leather product / bag industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
