Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures as per management guidelines.
∎ Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement.
∎ Develop, implement, follow up & upgrade employees JD &KPI.
∎ Ensure to all staffs are maintained under automated PMS as per KPI reviewing Quarterly/ Bi Annually.
∎ Develop and implement effective performance management system.
∎ Design & implement reward system.
∎ Monitor Disciplinary actions & effectiveness departmental enquiry & grievance
∎ Follow up employee’s compensation & benefits.
∎ Responsible for recruitment & selection.
∎ Manage & oversee Talent Acquisition process within scheduled deadline.
∎ Ensure appropriate employee On Boarding program are managed well.
∎ Responsible for foreign employee procurement including invitation, work permit, VISA etc.
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Ensure all HR Services tasks are done on time and without interruption.
∎ Look after compliance issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Salary: Negotiable
