Job Context
A reputed power generating company is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of “Manager – HR & Admin” for its upcoming 45MW Solar Power Plant project. The incumbent will play a key leadership role in establishing the full HR and administrative functions of the project and will be primarily responsible for end-to-end manpower planning, recruitment, employee management, and administrative operations from the corporate office in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall HR & Administrative functions of the company.
Plan and execute complete recruitment and selection activities for the new power plant project.
Coordinate manpower planning with different departments and ensure timely hiring.
Develop HR policies, procedures, organogram, job descriptions, and HR compliance framework.
Manage onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance management, and performance management activities.
Organize training, employee engagement, and development programs.
Supervise administrative operations including office management, transport, accommodation, security, and vendor management.
Liaise with government offices, regulatory bodies, local administration, and external stakeholders when necessary.
Prepare HR reports, budgets, and management presentations.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and employee information.
