Experience:
MBA in Human Resource Management
PGD in HRM and Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.
At least 12 year(s) in HR responsibility in any reputed Garments industry.
Must have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law
Should have excellent communication skills in oral & written both in Bangla and English.
Adequate computer knowledge and skills in MS Office operation and email communication.
Must have strong leadership, management capability and target-oriented. Ability to work as a team leader and do multiple tasks simultaneously.
AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR Team and contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies, policies and practices. The HR Manager will be primarily responsible for attracting, recruiting, staffing, retaining and training & developing a diverse and high-performing workforce that aligns with the company`s goals & values.
Responsible for recruitment, placement, retaining, training & developing of the employees to meet the company`s goals & values.
Responsible for developing policy & procedures pertaining to HR issues.
Develop appropriate HR processes and practices in the factory as per management`s directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
Responsible to maintain employees` personal files, retention and documentations related to HR.
Maintain and follow legal procedures in case of job separation of any employee following
Bangladesh Labor Law.
Take immediate steps to resolve labor dispute (if any) and grievance in a proactive manner.
Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave etc.
Responsible for management & compensation benefit & incentive schemes.
Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management
personnel in the factory.
Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, job separation, confirmation related work.
To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies and guidelines at a high standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance handling.
Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill etc
To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on HR & administrative issues.
Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
Follow up health, hygienic and safety issues
Accomplish any other task assigned by superior authority from time to time.
