AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Is a 100% knit composite factory and it’s a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking few MTO for the IT team. The Management Trainee Officer – IT is an entry-level professional role designed to develop future IT leaders. The trainee will gain hands-on experience across IT operations, systems support, software applications, and information security while learning organizational processes and management practices. The role focuses on building strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills through structured training and on-the-job learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support

• Support the maintenance and administration of hardware, software, networks, and databases

• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, software implementations, and process improvements

• Help analyze business and technical requirements and prepare basic documentation

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users and escalate issues when necessary

• Assist in data management, reporting, and system testing activities

• Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards

• Coordinate with other departments to understand business processes and IT needs

• Learn and apply best practices in IT service management and governance

• Participate in structured training programs and job rotations within the IT department

• Receive mentoring from senior IT professionals and managers

• Gain exposure to IT strategy, planning, and management functions
