Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM / Masters with PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop & implement HR Metrics and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ To maintain effectively employee attendance & leave management system.
∎ To ensure induction & orientation program of new joining employee.
∎ To lead the talent acquisition process for Dhaka & adjacent offices according to the advice of corporate HR.
∎ To prepare job analysis for individual & ensue maximize the productivity of resources.
∎ To effectively align with the corporate HR for implementing the KRA & KPI of resources.
∎ To ensure prescribe Performance Management System for all staff from time to time.
∎ To ensure the effective communication with the Local Government Authorities & others relevant Offices.
∎ To ensure Safety, Health & Environment of the company’s personnel & properties.
∎ To Plan, control and monitor of all office transport management.
∎ To ensure proper facilitation of administrative support services along with Dhaka & adjacent Offices.
∎ To maintain Liaison with the University / Institutes or other sources when & if required regarding recruitment.
∎ To meet Training & employee development according to TNA.
∎ To ensure employee exit process align with Head Office.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Having experience in Multinational & Reputed Company will get preference.
∎ Well conversant with computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Powerpoint & presentation skills are required.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, Interpersonal and Leadership skills are required for the position.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law – 2006.
