- 1-2 Years experience in Ship Yard / relevant field will get preference.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must be punctual willingness to grow with the company.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Standard Computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
To coordinate Management Review Meeting and safety committee meeting.
To assist internal & external audit process.
To Keep records & updated of all Legal and Ship Documents including all updates & changes whenever required, to assist to ensure safety, product safety, environment protection and compliance activities.
Update & record workers Medical & Training list with changes as required.
Sending duty roaster for Safety Inspectors to office.
Take initiatives to control and protect the environment.
Coordination with the HSE Inspectors about the environmental related issues- forms, checklist, records etc.
Keep records of the ship specific hazmat.
Keep records of the ship specific environmental monitoring reports.
Coordination with the hazmat team for safe handling and disposal of hazmat.
Coordinate with the safety team about the environmental mock drills.
Any other tasks assigned by superior.
