∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants must have creative, imagination, and conceptual thought.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of design, implementation, and reporting.
∎ The applicant should have excellent skills in modern document process with 3D modeling (Sketch-up, Studio MAX and Animation Software) development and drawing.
∎ Capable to handle a project individually from design, documentation with specification.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, Interpersonal and Leadership skills are required for the position.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for architectural design & drawings including all details of the project.
∎ To develop & implement architectural concepts, design, drawing, and layout.
∎ To create realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Lumion, and Photoshop).
∎ To prepare architectural physical Model for better visualization of the project.
∎ Make sure all plans are in-place and system architecture align with system requirements.
∎ Report regularly to the appropriate authority and appraise the progress.
∎ To oversee all design phases. Specifically, space plan, furniture layout, conceptual design, and design development.
∎ To travel all around existing and prospective projects for development and supervision purposes.
∎ Perform, review, and coordinate all architectural design and field construction management.
∎ To ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget, and on target of the project.
∎ Monitor and supervise all subcontractor's work quality and ensure the highest standards are achieved.
∎ Effectively communicate with the civil construction team & check the drawing for construction.
∎ Effectively allocate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize safety and profitability and to minimize costs and deficiencies.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
