Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Minimum 6-10 years in Readymade Garment Industry.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have TOT (Training of Trainer) certification on fire safety training.
  • Should have training and adequate knowledge in firefighting, fire prevention, first aid and evacuation.
  • Should be able to demonstrate good physical fitness.
  • Should be able to lead a team to ensure maximum fire security of the plant.
  • Should be able to work under pressure from time to time.
  • Experience in the RMG sector will be given preference.
  • Should have working knowledge of Compliance requirements in terms of fire safety of renowned buyers.
  • Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate email, MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Must have knowledge on RSC (Formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.
  • Must be able to build worker skill matrix and work towards personal development of all staff and workers.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to lead our Human Resources & Administration Department. The position requires excellent leadership, labor law knowledge, and compliance expertise to ensure smooth operations and maintain a productive working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR & Administrative functions in the factory.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable regulations.
  • Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for staff and workers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain effective liaison with government offices, BGMEA, labor unions, and local authorities.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems.
  • Lead compliance audits (Social, Technical, CTPAT, WRAP, BSCI, etc.) in coordination with related departments.
  • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and lawfully.
  • Oversee security, housekeeping, and general administrative support for the factory premises.
