Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Merchandiser who will manage the full merchandising process for knit and woven garments, from product development to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining quality standards for international buyers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire merchandising cycle: development, costing, sampling, approvals, production follow-up, and shipment.
• Communicate independently with international buyers for order execution.
• Prepare and follow up on Time & Action (T&A) plans to meet deadlines.
• Negotiate pricing with buyers and suppliers to achieve target margins.
• Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and commercial teams for smooth execution.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories; manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor quality checkpoints and ensure compliance with buyer standards.
• Handle multiple buyers and styles simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
