Experience:
Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act & Labor Rules
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Attendance software
Experience in NSEZ or any other Economic Zone will be an advantage
Strong communication in Bangla and English and negotiation skills
Smart and posses good behaved
Riding bike will also treated an additional advantage
Experience in Steel, Heavy Industry or Large Manufacturing Plants will be preferred
Strong experience in handling large multi-professional workforce and administrative teams
Supervise and manage day-to-day factory human resources and administrative operations.
Maintain employee attendance, leave management, overtime approval, shift scheduling and manpower deployment as and when required.
Oversee security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, dormitory, night lighting and other support services.
Monitor main gate in/out control, visitor management, contractual manpower movement, goods entry from outside.
Coordinate with government bodies especially local police administration, Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD), Environmental office and BEZA authorities for knowing instructions and compliance.
Maintain coordination with Store, Purchase, Logistics and Production departments for smooth factory operations.
Conduct joining formalities, induction and administrative orientation for new workers and employees.
Investigate factory-related issues, prepare necessary reports and provide timely solutions by keeping information to Head Office.
Prepare accident/incident reports and coordinate with relevant authorities and inform immediately to Head Office.
Maintain overall discipline, safety and compliance across the factory premises.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules, Fire & Safety, Environment and 5S standards.
Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
