Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from reputed public or Private University.
∎ PGDHRM from BIM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Compliance: General HR, Factory HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Policy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To represents in the meeting with the local government authority, police, fire fighting dept. and other government departments/industries in relation with administrative activity as instructed by the management.
∎ Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
∎ Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of different buyer's and the organizations own code of conduct.
∎ Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees' peace of mind.
∎ Derive HR Administration for compensation/benefits, attendance, leave management, training & development.
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ To ensure safety, security & protocol of the company, its properties and personnel and control pilferage and wastage of all nature in co-ordination with the concerned factory head.
∎ Follow up project civil construction, Electrical & mechanical maintenance issue
∎ To evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Implementation security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check, recommend & approved (as applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
