Experience:
Lead and manage the entire HR operations of the factory, ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and business goals.
Drive strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and manpower budgeting in coordination with different department heads.
Oversee employee life cycle management – on boarding to exit – ensuring compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
Ensure proper implementation of performance management systems (PMS), KPIs, and employee evaluation frameworks.
Lead employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling to foster a productive and compliant workplace.
Supervise payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HRIS data accuracy in collaboration with accounts and compliance teams.
Maintain strong liaison with government bodies (DIFE, Labor Office, BGMEA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and smooth audits.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment in line with WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, and other compliance standards.
Monitor and control absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and factory-based HR interventions to reduce turnover.
Plan and implement HR training & development programs for workers, supervisors, and mid level managements to enhance productivity and skill level.
Lead internal communication, policy implementation, and support factory management in decision-making with HR data insights.
Prepare and submit regular different HR reports to corporate HR and top management.
