Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any Discipline/MBA (HRM/ PM).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall in charge of HR, Admin & Compliance of the factory.
∎ Should have the sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 (amendment 2022) and HR policy.
∎ Experience in different audit such as BSCI, HIGG, ISO Audit, SEDEX audit.
∎ Responsible for maintaining liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt. /Private) like Labor Office, Environment office, Fire office etc.
∎ Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
∎ Co-ordination with clients, third party, top management and upload information in different platforms.
∎ Payroll management Oversee the process of salary disbursement, Maternity leave benefits payments, Earn Leave, full & final settlement bill preparation, yearly increment.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker and prepare job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ Responsible/Handling Annual staff Performance Appraisal and evaluation process.
∎ Responsibility of issuing various forms of official communication such as circulars, office orders, inter-office notes, memos, and ensuring their prompt dispatch.
∎ Responsible for conduct leave management as per company policy.
∎ Managing all the administrative tasks.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Responsible for monitoring internal audit team by the necessary guidance and internal audit planning/ scheduling and team activities also monthly meeting.
∎ Responsible for preparing & maintain factory wise buyer audit report & summary & communicate with top management.
∎ Handle & monitoring wages Gazette implementation/worker's wages fixation & yearly increment etc.
∎ To handle employees/workers Skill Matrix assessment (if required).
∎ To maintain compliance and discipline of the office/factory.
∎ Experience in operating ERP software for ensuring Daily Attendance, Leave management system, Monthly Salary & Wages and so on.
∎ To promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) by supporting community involvement program etc.
∎ Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping team members on a daily basis to ensure proper cleaning of the factory and its premises.
∎ Liaison with labor office, Police Station, Local authority, Fire service and other utilities for updating all the office license/documents renewal as when required.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Any other issues are assigned by the higher management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM.
∎ Skills required: factory HR, Admin & Compliance.
∎ At least 5 years in the relevant arena (Footwear to be preferred).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Compliance audit, HR and Administration.
∎ Excellent Leadership Skills with Interpersonal management and communication experiences.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Local Labor law and conducting various audit (Higg, BSCI, Sedex etc. as required).
∎ Must have good computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Email).
