Job Context:
∎ Job Type - Office Desk Job
∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ This is a fulltime on-site job
∎ Attending at physical interview is a must
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering company policies and disciplines.
∎ Prepare organizational management charts & job descriptions
∎ Prepare HR budget and planning
∎ Deal with talent acquisition and management activities
∎ Be responsible for HR operational activities
∎ Be responsible for HRMS
∎ Run the total rewards-related tasks
∎ Run the KPI-based performance management system
∎ Run the employee learning & development, and engagement
∎ Look after the employee relation and separation process
∎ Handle the company's fixed and variable assets, and manage the vendors
∎ To do or renew the legal documents and maintain liaison with relevant bodies
∎ Do the necessary purchases, office maintenance, canteen management, security, health & hygiene, and other HR and administrative activities.
∎ Ensure compliance in all the activities
∎ Prepare and present/issue all sorts of reports, letters, or relevant documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ May be negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
