Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: As the Odoo/ERP Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate clients and driving sales of our ERP solutions. You will leverage your experience in corporate sales and your ability to build relationships to identify opportunities, create compelling sales pitches, and close deals. This role requires strong business acumen, persuasive communication skills, and a deep understanding of ERP systems and their application in corporate environments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Odoo/ERP solutions in the corporate sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations of ERP solutions tailored to client requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate closely with other team to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position our ERP solutions effectively.

  • Provide feedback to the development team based on client needs and market insights.

  • Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction by working closely with internal sales and support teams.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
