We are seeking a technically proficient IT support Engineer to join our dynamic team. He will be the first point of contact for our staffs and consultants, providing technical and other administrative support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network security, and optimizing system performance and keep the HR data-base updated. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent IT support.
Provide first-line technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues (Windows/macOS)
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support email systems (e.g., Google Workspace / Outlook / Eudora)
Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
Good Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points and attendance machine.
Ensure network security through firewalls and other security measures.
Respond to cybersecurity threats and work to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Conduct periodic IT audits to assess system performance and security.
System administration support for Outlook, Gmail, or any email domain.
Work closely with other IT team members to format the consultant CV according to the prescribed format and uploaded all CVs to the HR data-base.
Manage proper inventory of all office equipment’s.
