Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

• Doing background analysis & preparatory activities for tender submission for acquisition of donor funded projects in thematic areas like; Health, Environment, Rural and Urban Development, Education, Agriculture, Institutional Capacity, Infrastructure, renewable energy, SME, Labor and Employment etc.;

• Preparation and submission of EoIs to agencies like WB, ADB, JICA, KfW, GIZ, FCDO, USAID, UN agencies and others bilateral donors and public-sector entities;

• Contributing to the biding process including organizing and selecting team of consultants; methodology and work plan, activity schedule and budgetary issues;

• Project management and backstopping of ongoing projects;

• Establish effective communication with Client, Donor Experts and other Stakeholders;

• Identification of project opportunities within the focus area in South, Central and South-East Asian region including Bangladesh;

• Tracking emerging opportunities in the ADB CMS, eConsult system of WB and in other bilateral and multilateral systems;

• Provide technical input for Project Preparation and Technical Assistance (PPTA), feasibility/Study, M&E, planning, implementation and capacity building of focused projects.
