Responsibilities & Context: - Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
- Manage and monitor the entire operation process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee facility management, procurement, and logistics.
- Maintain strong relationships manage communicate with various government and non-government organizations on matters related to HR and administrative issues.
- Ensure timely license renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and control expenses.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
- Prepare manpower planning,
- Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
- Organization Structuring and Planning.
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
