Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for Manager HR for a company of export processing zone of a new renowned group.

  • Able to execute overall HR function of Factories.
  • Assist Management for effective execution of HR functions of the factories.
  • Conversant with labor laws. local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
  • Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR issues.
  • Ensure appropriate recruitment and maintain required Machine-Man Ratio.
  • Ensure in providing professional HR support in respect of incorporating best HR practices in performing manpower planning, job evaluation recruitment and placement, training & development, performance appraisal, managing career & succession planning compensation & strategic pay planning, developing organization culture, setting KPI and employee relations.
  • Supervise day-to-day HR activities, assigned work schedule, policies & procedural enforcement, leave management.
  • Supervise in preparing salary & wages sheet using payroll software and monitored daily attendance and absenteeism.
  • Ensure proper assessment of organization's compensation and benefits package, which involves Salary survey, Job evaluation, develop pay grade etc. and processed for recommendations as appropriate and feasible for the organization as well as ensured annual salary review process and made recommendation for further course of action.
  • Prepare & ensure written job responsibilities of all concerned.
  • Keeping the needs, be able to process promotions & increments.
  • Have to ensure required compliance in the factory-premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct related to HR.
  • Be well conversant about Labour Court Cases and disposal procedure.
  • Able to efficiently deal/communicate with BEPZA & BGMEA maintain liaison for company's interest.
  • Resolve employee’s grievance in a proactive manner.
  • Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment.
  • Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
